I understand that Clem Harrod is 6'7" and requires First Class travel accommodations. The amount listed below represents the maximum allowable budget for airfare and therefore the maximum amount billable to the Client.
Consent & Reimbursable Expense Agreement:*
In addition to the budgeted amount for airfare, the Client acknowledges and agrees that the following travel-related expenses are considered reimbursable and will be billed accordingly:

— Checked baggage and luggage fees
— Ground transportation (including rideshare, taxi, shuttle, or rental vehicle)
— Parking expenses
— Hotel accommodations
— Mileage for personal or company vehicle use (at the current IRS rate)
— Daily per diem of $75.00 or the current U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) full-day rate, whichever is greater

These reimbursable expenses will be itemized and included in the final invoice.
By approving this agreement, the Client consents to the outlined terms and authorizes reimbursement for the above expenses as part of the project engagement.
